Oostschuur

85 m2 – 60 people

Large and authentic, open to the ridge, with warm wooden floors and lots of light.
Ideal for dance, yoga, bodywork, conferences, or for active work with a larger group.

Koewachtershuis

50 m2 – 16 people

Intimate square space with wooden floor, comfy sofa and private terrace.
Perfect for multi-purpose meetings, or as break-out venue in combination with the Oostschuur.

Torenkamer

30m2 – 10 people

Authentic castle room with wooden floor and fireplace. Intimate, warm and atmospheric, with a fantastic view.
Ideal for smaller groups wanting to meet or not needing much space.

The Kitchen and Catering Options

When you book the the Kasteel Package :

You get access to a fully equipped Kasteel Kitchen – located right in the heart of the castle, this kitchen is perfect for preparing group meals together or hosting a cozy dinner moment. With plenty of space and natural light, it invites connection and creativity around food.

We partner with Nori Catering – awarded Healthy Event Caterer of the Year 2024.
Packages start at €59 p.p./day, including two warm meals, afternoon snack, coffee and tea. You can request a detailed price simulation via their website. Cooking yourself is not an option for this package.

What is included in the price?

This is included in the price of your stay, so you know exactly what to expect:

Rooms: 1 set of bed linen and 1 set of towels per person, with private bathroom and toilet.
Kitchens: fully equipped kitchens, basic cleaning starter kit, fridges/freezers and dishwashers. Detailled inventory lists available question nr 5.
Venues: basic facilities, usually also beamer and sound system, flipcharts and Wi-Fi, yoga mats and meditation cushions. Click on the venue to see the exact facilities per room.
Grounds: use of the 40 ha domain and swimming pond (swimming subject to water quality), outdoor furniture and fire pits (firewood charged separately).
Service: guided tour at the start and end of your stay, 24/7 support for technical issues and malfunctions.
Utilities: electricity, gas and water for the number of booked beds. Heating up to 21°C.

👉 Not included or optional: catering, firewood for stoves or campfires, cleaning during your stay, fee (per person) for extra guests beyond the booked beds, additional bed linen or towel sets, someone to welcome and host your guests.

What are check-in and check-out times?

The standard check-in and check-out times can be found in the overview here.

At the start of your rental period, we always begin with an introductory tour.
At the end of your rental period, we schedule the final tour before the agreed end time, so you can leave the domain on time.

👉 For example:

If your rental starts at 8 AM, we first do the introductory tour and your stay begins right after.
If your rental ends at 4 PM, we do the final tour before 4 PM, so you can leave the domain at 4 PM.

Can we cook ourselves or is catering provided?

That depends on the package you book.

Kasteel Package: catering is with Nori, our award-winning Healthy Event Caterer.

Pavilion Package and Houtschuur Package: you may choose between:

self-catering
ordering our homemade convenience meals (up to 14 people) which you serve at your own pace : Ask us the different options
working with Nori (from 15 people)

Can we swim in the pond?

Yes, guests may use the swimming pond.
There is also an outdoor shower available in summertime. Please bring your own towel, as the white room towels are for indoor use only. The water quality is checked regularly.
