Catering Options
- For small groups (up to 14 people):
Healthy convenience meals starting from €40 p.p./day, including two warm meals, coffee and tea. Meals come ready to heat and serve at your own rhythm. Optional dishwashing service available with the Houtschuur package. - Prefer to cook yourself?
That’s absolutely possible – ideal for intimate groups, families or conscious/detox retreats.

What is included in the price?
This is included in the price of your stay, so you know exactly what to expect:

Rooms: 1 set of bed linen and 1 set of towels per person, with private bathroom and toilet.

Kitchens: fully equipped kitchens, basic cleaning starter kit, fridges/freezers and dishwashers. Detailled inventory lists available question nr 5.

Venues: basic facilities, usually also beamer and sound system, flipcharts and Wi-Fi, yoga mats and meditation cushions. Click on the venue to see the exact facilities per room.

Grounds: use of the 40 ha domain and swimming pond (swimming subject to water quality), outdoor furniture and fire pits (firewood charged separately).

Service: guided tour at the start and end of your stay, 24/7 support for technical issues and malfunctions.

Utilities: electricity, gas and water for the number of booked beds. Heating up to 21°C.
👉 Not included or optional: catering, firewood for stoves or campfires, cleaning during your stay, fee (per person) for extra guests beyond the booked beds, additional bed linen or towel sets, someone to welcome and host your guests.
What are check-in and check-out times?

At the start of your rental period, we always begin with an introductory tour.
At the end of your rental period, we schedule the final tour before the agreed end time, so you can leave the domain on time.
👉 For example:

If your rental starts at 8 AM, we first do the introductory tour and your stay begins right after.

If your rental ends at 4 PM, we do the final tour before 4 PM, so you can leave the domain at 4 PM.
Can we cook ourselves or is catering provided?
That depends on the package you book.
Kasteel Package: catering is with Nori, our award-winning Healthy Event Caterer.
Pavilion Package and Houtschuur Package: you may choose between:
- self-catering
- ordering our homemade convenience meals (up to 14 people) which you serve at your own pace : Ask us the different options
- working with Nori (from 15 people)
Can we swim in the pond?
Yes, guests may use the swimming pond.
There is also an outdoor shower available in summertime. Please bring your own towel, as the white room towels are for indoor use only. The water quality is checked regularly.
